Located on the rooftop at 15 NE 11th Street in Miami, Touché – accessible via private elevator – is a luxuriously designed 7,100-square-foot fine dining destination that boasts breathtaking 360-degree views of the Miami skyline and indoor/outdoor seating via a state-of-the-art retractable roof.
The intimate 50-seat indoor dining room features an open kitchen where Chef Carla Pellegrino will oversee her culinary team. The 225-seat outdoor lounge includes design highlights such as a waterfall wall, fire pits and a communal table and bar for guests to mingle. Included in the open-air rooftop lounge is a destination that will highlight, DJs, live music and LED screens.

The Rooftop Lounge is a sophisticated rooftop lounge that offers an exclusive menu, with its well-mixed cocktails and specially chosen wines that never tasted so good as they do in this open-air South Beach-inspired atmosphere. This indoor/outdoor lounge and bar via a retractable roof is the perfect place to start your night. This new downtown Miami hotspot hosts some of Miami's most popular live band performances, singers, jazz quartets, salsa orchestras, and resident DJs. The 7,100 square-foot wood plank deck includes design highlights such as fire-pits, communal tables, comfortable couch seating, and features a rooftop band shell perfect for live entertainment and watching sporting events on the 16ft x 10ft LED screen.

Perched above a landscape of clubs downtown, Touché stands out like a white pearl in a murky ocean. It’s on the third floor of the building that houses E11even, Miami’s first and only 24/7 nightclub and cabaret, and its all-glass façade serves up direct views of neighboring megaclub Space. Yet the Italian restaurant turns out a sumptuous bowl of pasta worthy of rural Italy. Chef Carla Pellegrino’s fiocchetti di pera in a sauce of butter, sage, and dried cranberries is suitable to convert any red sauce devotee like myself.
